Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to California only. We're opening one state at a time. If you're outside California, you can join the waitlist on our homepage and we'll let you know when we ship to you.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included on every order. There's nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders ship with UPS from our partner warehouse in Paso Robles, California, and usually arrive within 2-3 business days after they ship. When your order ships, you'll get an email with your UPS tracking number.

Preorders

Preorders ship on October 9. You'll get an email with your UPS tracking number as soon as yours is on its way.

Adult signature required (21+)

By law, every wine delivery must be signed for by an adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. The recipient doesn't have to be the person who placed the order, but someone 21+ needs to be there to sign. We can't ship to P.O. boxes. If no one is usually home during the day, we recommend shipping to a work address.

If no one is home to sign

If no one 21+ is available at the first delivery attempt, UPS will take your package to the nearest UPS Access Point location (such as a UPS Store or partner shop) and send you a notice with the address. Just bring a valid photo ID to pick it up. UPS holds packages at Access Point locations for a limited time, usually 7 days. If a package isn't picked up and is returned to us, see our Refund Policy for your options.

Gifts

Sending wine as a gift? Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a note in the gift message box in your cart. Please let the recipient know a package is coming and that someone 21+ will need to sign for it.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, see our Refund Policy. We'll make it right.
